How do you remove the ignition cylinder from a 92 Festiva?

I'd imagine it's a lot like the spire ones.
First remove the plastic covers encasing the steering column.
Then use a metal drift. (It's like a nail punch) to gently tap
the anti-theft bolts counter clockwise (so to loosen them)
becareful not to hit too hard as the bolts are soft and designed
to snap off in an event of a car theft.
and the barrel should simply come off. Don't forget to detach the
wiring loom from the barrel too.
Raising the bar for compact cars around the world.
